* Entity Selection Advice – FFLGuard will advise you with regard to forming and operating as a corporate entity (such as a limited liability company or corporation), in order to negate potential personal liability (injury claims, contracts, debts, etc.) and help insure your business’ viability/continuity, FFLGuard counsel will also oversee the entire ATF application process and advise against pitfalls that could delay issuance of the FFL, while keeping track of your application at ATF’s Federal Firearms Licensing Center in Martinsburg, WV.
* Basic General Startup Advise – FFLGuard counsel will advise you on general matters regarding the startup of a new business, such as creating new accounts, new company identities, etc.
Optional FreshStart Services #1 – Attendance During Application Inspection – FFLGuard counsel will travel to your store, meet with you to prepare for the ATF’s application inspection, and attend that inspection to help you answer and address ATF questions regarding your reorganized business and future plans.
