Transfer – Incorrect Gun Sold

Q: We have a customer who had the wrong gun transferred to him yesterday. He got home and realized it was not the model he’d asked for. He brought the gun back in today. The 4473 shows the information matching the gun he actually took. Can we just take the gun back in from him, and do another 4473 for the correct gun? Will we have to file a Multiple Sale Report?
