Q: We have a transfer customer in the store and do not feel comfortable completing the transfer of an H&K VP9. The firearm was purchased from Mrgundealer.com and transferred here. The customer came in with her husband on Monday and HE was the one asking all of the questions – she did not even know how to handle the firearm. The customer informed us she had just moved and did not have her new ID. We informed her she could not complete the paperwork without proper identification. She is back today with proper identification, but we feel as if this firearm is not for her by our conversations with her. How do we proceed?
