Q: Ohio HB 234 states the Ohio Conceal Hand Gun permit will meet the requirements of the national instant check system. This should allow Ohio Conceal Hand Gun permit holders to purchase firearms upon presenting their permit. Please advise how we should process the 4473 upon presentation of a Ohio CHL and be compliant with ATF. Any other info would be appreciated
