Q: I shipped a gun from a sale on Pawn Broker via FedEx to a local FFL. The customer contacted me and informed me the local FFL claims the firearm was not in the box. FedEx records show the firearm was received and signed for 10 days before the customer was even notified. The store has filed a claim with FedEx and the customer is demanding a refund from me, as well as demanding I file a claim with FedEx and report the firearm stolen. I have not had a conversation with the local FFL yet – how should I proceed? Am I responsible for the firearm?
