Q: We have a customer that says they received an order from us that was short one gun. All our checks and documentation show we sent it, but with something like this we cannot say 100% that it was shipped. Liz has called the dealers that were invoiced the same day to see if one of them received it, but none did. I’ve authorized replacing the gun for the dealer. The question now is who is responsible for reporting it lost or stolen or what to do next ?
