Q: My Brother & I acquired about 37 firearms course of the year’s, most as trade-ins at the shop. Most of these guns were sitting on the side, not shown to the customers. We were indecisive whether to keep them or sell them. Finally we have decide to keep most of them. As we acquired these guns we have entered some to our personal A&D log and some on our regular NGS INC. A&D log and we have not run a background check on ourselves yet, but since we have decided to keep most of them we want to do the background check on ourselves, now here is the question, are we going to get extra attention in the eyes of ATF or TBI on ourselves, or if FFLGuard has any suggestion how to do this in a better way, we are open for suggestions?
