Q: We had a customer come in the store yesterday and fill out a 4473 for a firearm purchase and got a DENIED. Customer was adamant to the fact that there was no way he should have received a deny. He felt it happened because he didn’t give his Social Security number. He asked us to rerun it with his social security number. We did and he got a delay. I wasn’t in the store when this occurred. What do you think of this?
