(we have been leaving it blank. We have been using 30c (31) to indicate that customer cancelled the purchase.(is this a proper use of this field? Follow up Question: In answering my question you advise filling out #21c (19c). If less than 10-days has passed from start of the DROS, we would not know if the response was “proceed” or not. We have had denials issued on the 9th day.
