Q: We have one customer who we had not received stamps for and when we received several other transfers back, we got curious about them. We reached out the the NFA investigators and they advised that these stamps were approved over a year ago. We have one incident recently where the a stamp was mailed to the incorrect address. We have scoured our records and our office to ensure that the stamps are not in our custody. Is there a preferred course of action for resolving this?
