NFA – Recordkeeping Variance

posted on January 18, 2019

Q: We are wanting to store all of our approved ATF documents (Forms 2,3,4,5,9, etc) electronically, and shred all the paper copies after they are stored electronically. Could you tell me what the requirements would be to do this, and how we would go about applying for a variance to do this?
