Q: I am writing in regards to a FM 3/4 issue we have for a customers suppressor. We were originally given a serial number of 17006 for an Hybrid, but we received a new FM3 with the original S/N lined out and a new S/N of 15114 in its place. The customer already mailed off his FM 4 for review/approval. What are the steps we need to take to fix this issue?
