Q: In doing a self NFA audit, we found a silencer who’s serial number does not match the corresponding Form 3. Do we just send it back to the dealer/mfg we got it from? Or do we need to do a Form 3 back to them? We have had it for months, and thankfully did not sell it. Would like to get it out of here and back as quickly as we can.
