The model number listed in block d of the ATF Form 3 lists the model number as “762-SDN.” However, the actual suppressor lists the model number as “762-SDN-6.” How should I record the following: 1. The suppressor model number in our A&D Log 2. What should I do, if anything, with the model number on the Form 3 (that has been approved by the ATF, with the incomplete model number) 3. The suppressor model number on the ATF Form 4 to our guest 4. The suppressor model number on the 4473 upon the form 4 return from ATF?
