Q: The client just closed out an inspection in which they were charged violations for missed multiple sales. These were all sales to law enforcement. In the state of NJ, when multiple sales are made to law enforcement, the CLEO does not need to receive a form, and Client believed that the multiple sales form was not required in those cases at all. The IOI said that ATF does need to receive a copy anyway. Is that true?
