Q: Back in January we shipped a revolver back to the manufacturer for repair for a customer. Yesterday we got a call from the customer asking us how much he owed us for shipping as the gun was shipped directly to him from the manufacturer. Had he not called us we never would known to even follow up. What if anything should we do to assure that we are in complete compliance with ATF? The gun was properly logged into our repair book from the customer and then logged out to the manufacturer.
