Q: I have a manufacturing variance that basically states I may produce the following for our customer: Model: AAA Serial String: BBBB Model: 111 Serial String: 2222 We mistakenly ran 12 lowers with Model AAA and Serial String 2222. this is technically not in line with the variance. The customer is ok with these 12, but I am wondering if I should destroy them or something? Let me know what I should do.
