Q: We had a firearm that needed repair back in March of 2015. In August, we received a return authorization from Springfield and sent the firearm back to Springfield for repair in September 2015. Now, it has been 6 months since sending it in and we realized that the repair was taking a very long time. We contacted Springfield, who told us that they had never received the firearm.
