Q: We applied for a 2nd FFL for gunsmithing as advised by FFLGuard. BATF has contacted us to schedule a meeting to go over the new FFL on January 25. We are confused as to what do we need to do to properly put this second FFL into play. I want to confirm that all the revenue from repairs can still go through the same business as the main FFL. We were told at one point that all repair firearms for the 2nd FFL need to be segregated from the rest of our firearm inventory. We currently have two electronic A&D records; one for firearms we buy and sell and a second for repairs. This is how we were advised by FFLGuard with one FFL. How to do transition the repair A&D to the new FFL? Thanks.
