Q: We have a person that was legally blind want to shoot with the assistance of a “spotter”. If we do not allow this are we violating ADA rulings? He could not read the waiver and could not make out a black dot held where the front sight would be located or see the target. He wanted to shoot his own handgun. Please advise.
