Q: A pistol arrived at our location from a dealer with an expired FFL. We called the dealer to ask for a Letter of Authorization and they do not. I checked the FFL against the FFL ez Check system and the license is showing expired on that system as well. What should we do with the pistol (log it in using the address on the expired FFL? Ask for the sender’s drivers license? Send the pistol back?) Thanks!
