Q: I have a question pertaining to the sale of a non-functioning firearm. We have a Colt .32 pocket revolver that has great collector value but I have deemed it not safe to fire. My question is how do we go about selling it (if we?re able to), and if there are any legal documents we need to have the customer sign so as to wave our liability if the customer mistakenly tries to fire the pistol?
