Q: I want to transfer one of my employee from my other holster company (non-ffl) to SARAC. He has employment permit and alien number with DACA since 2012. He is in the process of getting greencard by marriage now. So, by September around he will get the green card. So in this case, I see no problem hiring him to my FFL company (SARAC).
