Licensee – Customer Suspected of Dealing in Firearms

posted on January 18, 2019

Q: We have a young man that has bought on the internet and had shipped to us dozens of guns in the last two years (I have 12 now to transfer to him). Seth and I have repeatedly warned him about not selling these purchases without an FFL or at least going through a licensed dealer. He has assured us he is adhering to the current state and federal laws. The shear volume makes me uneasy. I don’t want to reign hell down on him if he not doing anything wrong but I don’t want to do anything with him illegal either.
