Licensee – Customer Changes Mind and Wants Different Gun After Transfer Complete

Q: What is the procedure for returning a firearm (brand new) that has already been transferred to the customer by 4473? We have a client decide an hour later he wanted another gun – so he wants to return his gun. Do we need to wait? Notify the ATF? What do we need to do?
