Q: We have a customer who has a Driver License with a P.O. Box. He does not want to change his driver license. Could you please explain how to use some kind of government issued document showing his residence address? If the customer brings in a Government issued document to list the current resident address what is the correct format and approved types for the 4473? Ie, Property tax, water bill, gas bill and what others? Lastly, would the correct procedure be his ID type listed on 20a ( Texas Driver License, Number, expiration) and then on 20b it would be ie (ABC County Property Tax, or XYZ Municipal Water Bill) and that is all to be listed on 20b?
