Q: In regards to the recent eBlast stating to no longer accept printed online address changes as a form of a supplemental ID, has the past approved list of supplemental id’s changed? Previously it was Vehicle Registation, Voter Identification Card, or a Tax Bill is what was recommended to accept by FFLGuard. However if a customer is emailed a municipal water bill does that count as government issued bill as it was only emailed by the state? Also if the customer logs into their account and prints the same water bill is that accepted? How is the document provided once the customer logs into the Department of Motor Vehicles website and does an address change not “Government Issued”?
