Q: We had a situation where the customer came in and had an error on their license. The BMV put the incorrect zip code for his address. The customer was able to supply valid alternate documentation with the same address and correct zip code. This incident raised the question of ?What if the customer comes in and their license does not have a cadence (SR or JR) but they fill out the 4473 with one??. Should this be enough to stop a sale?
