Q: This question is pertaining to the helpdesk question ID-Hunting license as secondary ID. The hunting license system we use for Louisiana is a web based platform. The customer can request the cashier to change and update their info if need be (ie. Contact info and/or address). My question is that in the event the customer does not have an up to date address on their primary ID can they simply walk up to one of our cashiers and have them “update” their new address and then reprint the license to then be used as the secondary ID as stated?
