Q: We had a customer purchase a long gun from us and the counter help did not catch that the Drivers License had expired. The customer was approved by the NICS check and left with the gun. How big of a problem is this and what should we do about this error? The customer was contacted and told to renew their license and bring it in so we could update the paperwork, but they have not done so as of yet.
