Q: We had a customer complete their 4473 and incorrectly date it by one day. They went through the NICS and we transferred the gun on the correct date but their date on line 15 is incorrect – we didn’t catch this until reviewing the 4473’s. We have attempted to make contact with the person to have them return and correct it, but have not been successful. What should be our plan of action at this point assuming we can’t get the person back in store?
