Q: Question about 4473 form. A person failed to answer 10a and we failed to catch it. If we contact them to come back into the store and correct it but they live out of town and are unable to do so, what do we do about that? Also should this be done in the same manner as other corrections by creating a copy of the form and having them check the box and initial and date or can they just check the box on the original form initial and date, being that there’s currently no answer for 10a on the form?
