Q: We are shipping a firearm to an out-of-state FFL for a customer. When we run the FFL through the ATFs EZ-Check search, there is a spelling discrepancy between the EZ-Check results and the actual FFL copy we received. All of the information matches up, except for the spelling of the city in both the premise and mailing addresses. EZ-Check spells the city as JENISON, whereas the FFL copy spells it as JENISEN. The FFL dealer has explained to us that JENISON is the correct spelling, and that the ATF has not issued them a new FFL copy with the correct spelling. The FFL license number is 4-38-139-01-8K-18811. Are we okay to proceed with shipping a firearm to this FFL dealer with the information we currently have?
