Q: Customer contacted us about a gun they purchased on Gun Broker. The gun was transferred to a pawn shop and the pawn shop’s FFL expired during the transaction and now the pawn shop can’t transfer the gun to the customer. What is the proper course of action? I am assuming the gun should be returned to the original shipper and they would need to then ship the gun to a newly selected FFL (which would be us). Is this the proper way to handle this – or could the gun be sent to us by the pawn shop if we provide a copy of our license to both the shipper and the pawn shop?
