FFL – Copy of FFL when Receiving Firearms

posted on January 18, 2019

Q: When we receive a gun from another FFL after doing a transfer for a customer are we required to keep a copy of the FFL on file? And if so for how long? We have several FFLs on file that are expired but we don’t do business with them anymore.
