CA – DROS Release Inquiry

posted on January 18, 2019

Q: On item #8 (“You need to sign DROS on release of firearm”), signature at DROS release. So that we’re all on the same page. We typically have different clerks run and release DROS. So if Matt runs DROS, 10 days later Keith releases that DROS. You want Keith to sign in Matt’s signature box? When we strive for 100% accuracy on this paperwork it seems so wrong to willfully sign your name on someone else’s signature line.
