Q: We have a customer from a couple of years ago who had a complete AR lower come in on transfer. It came with a collapsible stock on it. At the time we assumed it was a rifle due to the stock and logged/ transferred it as such. The customer was under 21 at the time. Now 21, the customer came in this weekend to look at some pistols and what not. He still has the transferred lower(16? barrel upper on it). Should we have them return it and re-transfer it to them and make some sort of note in 4473 / a&d or leave it alone? Seeing the customer reminded me of it as it was near to when we first opened. So I looked through records. This is definitely the only case of this for us.
