A&D – Taser in A&D yes or no

posted on January 18, 2019

Q: Client is under the impression Tasers are firearms and must be listed in the A&D book. This is based on the fact it has a trigger and it fires a projectile. Each state regulates the legality of Tasers, and Texas allows them for civilians. Client would like to send some canned language to all his stores on how to handle tasers.
