A&D – Receipt from Non-Licensee (Non-FFL)

posted on January 18, 2019

Q: We have a customer who inherited a gun from his deceased father recently who lived in Florida. The family lawyer/estate executive said that he would send the gun to our store for the son to pick up. Is it true that in this case it does not have to be sent to us from another FFL dealer?
