Q: It is our practice to tag employee firearms that are not kept on the body with a tag that says “Not for Sale.” Employees often don’t do this stating that they brought it in for the day to do something that is easier at the shop (mount a scope, install sights, etc). Do these guns need to be tagged right away? What if they are only in the shop for 15 minutes? Or can we only if they are staying overnight.
