A&D – Logging Glock with ZEV slide

posted on January 18, 2019

Q: We have a Consignment Glock that has a new slide is mfg by Zev. Usually as far as bound book a Glock that is produced in Austria is normally input in as follows. Manufacturer- Glock (That is normally printed on the slide) Importer – Glock, inc. (That is marked on the frame) Model – 19 (That is normally printed on the slide) With this one having an aftermarket slide that all the slide says is ZEV, the only information left on the firearm is “Zev” on the slide & “Made in Austria” , “Glock, Inc. Smyrna Ga,” on the frame. Would the following be applicable for new bound book entry? Manufacturer – None listed (Glock) or Austria (Glock) Importer – Glock, Inc Model – None listed(19) Would their be any incorporation of Zev into bound book?
