Q: We had a firearm transferred and the wrong manufacturer was put into ARS. I attempted to change the manufacturer. In doing so, the log number and bound book number was deleted. I Contacted ARS for assistance and the tech ARS told me to just delete the entry and do a re-entry. We do not know if this was the legal and proper way to handle it. We are looking for some input from you as to how to possibly proceed.
