Q: I just read something on the internet about Real ID (an “enhanced” State drivers License). While looking at the photo of the “unenhanced” Nevada license they were using as an example, I noticed that across the top of the License it stated “NOT FOR FEDERAL OFFICIAL USE”. This is will be on all drivers licenses that are not Real ID. Have you addressed this issue if it is indeed a issue? Will this non-enhanced license with statement NOT FOR FEDERAL OFFICIAL USE be valid as ID in filling out the 4473?
