FFLGuard eBlasts deliver joint defense and attorney-client privileged information to our client base that we share only with them… no one else.  It keeps every FFLGuard client – whether in Gonic, NH or Miami, FL or San Diego, CA or Corpus Christi, TX or Sitka, AK – absolutely “in the know” when it comes to the compliance-related information which they pay us to gather, opine and advise.  The “information dissemination” model can be easily understood as follows:

Take, for example, a Gander Mountain chain of sporting goods stores.  That’s 119 stores in 23 states.  But they don’t have 119 lawyers, or 119 compliance departments.  They have one general counsel or legal department that centralizes all information and keeps the company out of trouble.  So let’s say Gander Mountain Store #100 in Poughkeepsie, NY has an issue with ATF, or needs a compliance question resolved, or has a legal “issue” with their FFL that needs to be addressed… they run it up to the legal department, the company lawyers fix it, and then that legal department advises the other 118 stores what to do or not to do!
