FFLGuard AMAP Services, LLC, is an Ohio corporation owned by Mr. Chiafullo and Mr. Braum.  This free-standing company is charged with executing administration, marketing, advertising, and promotional needs as outsourced by both the Program (offered by the Chiafullo Group) and by FFLGuard, LLC, respectively.  The centralization of all “FFLGuard related” back office activities into this one hub provides effective and efficient supervision of finances and other organizational requirements identical to both FFLGuard, LLC, and to the Program.

AMAP also provides the Program with a Client Relations Manager to serve as a “concierge” of sorts for FFLGuard’s clients. Since the number of clients in the Program continues to increase daily, meeting the needs of each participant – on demand – is a full-time job for more than one lawyer.  To this end, the current Client Relations Manager — John Cunningham (john.cunningham@fflguard.com) — works directly with the all Groups, Branches, Sections in FFLGuard, LLC, and with facets of the Program, to insure the integrity of the numerous client relationships formed as part of the Program, and to also promote client satisfaction within the Program.
