The National Coordinating Counsel (“NCC”) contracts out all administrative, marketing, advertising and promotion of the Program to FFLGuard AMAP Services, LLC (“AMAP”), an Ohio limited liability company. AMAP has a management contract with a third party administrator who provides Michelle Antill (michelle.antill@fflguard.com) to serve as AMAP’s Business Manager. The Business Manager deals directly with the NCC each day to handle all business and travel related details and nuances as they relate to the administration of the FFLGuard Program. The Business Manager also partakes in client relations, and acts as the liaison to the NCC with marketing and accounting departments that are handled on a subcontracted basis.
AMAP also provides the Program with a Client Relations Manager to serve as a “concierge” of sorts with FFLGuard’s clients. Since the number of clients in the Program continues to increase daily, meeting the needs of each participant – on demand – is a full-time job for more than one lawyer. To this end the current Client Relations Manager, John Cunningham (john.cunningham@fflguard.com) works directly with the all Groups, Branches and facets of the Program to insure the integrity of the numerous client relationships formed as part of the Program, and also with AMAP’s Business Manager to promote client satisfaction with the Program.
